I'm sure you will receive more informative responses than mine, but what
the heck. I've been lurking here for almost a year and haven't posted
yet. (I've been "playing" only slightly longer than I've been lurking:))
My husband & I sing in a Welsh choir, so I dug out my hymnal to have a look.
It is listed as "joanna (St. Denio)" with 3 verses in Welsh & translated
into English. At the bottom of the lyrics it says:
"Morgan Rhys (1716-1779)" and " 'K' Rippon's Selection 1787"
That is all I know, I can send you the lyrics if you want. HOpe this is
