Yes, I believe you must be a member of ASTA (I don't know anything about
Chamber
Music America) If you can get a hold of a journal there is a membership
application inside. I don't see a # but the address is ASTA, 1806 Robert
Fulton Drive, Suite 300, Reston, VA 22091. Both my husband and I belong
and we've found it to be the best deal in insurance--we have a LOT of
instruments insured!! I usually tell my students that the premium plus
ASTA membership is still better than many other companies. (And yes I
also know people who unfortunately have had to make claims and have been
satisfied with how things were handled)
