Actually, this is different. But we need to know which type levers you have.
There are the older-style levers with a rotating, riveted pivot point and a
plastic washer, and there are the new style (I haven't seen). Triplett may
have even used blade levers at some time, and the Briggs design has been
around for a while.
How long have you had the harp, and are the levers getting tighter over time?
Is there anything in the levers, like dirt, sand, (sorry) or sticky oil/grease
type stuff? This isn't a common problem with flip-up levers, but more common
with blades due to wood's nasty habit of changing dimension with humidity.
Need more info, or maybe TripHarps knows?
