Question about tuning

As many of you know, I moved two months ago from Nevada to Mississippi. I
shipped my harp, Dusty Strings FH-36B, by air, tuned down for shipping.
Since I've been here, I've kept it at 55% humidity, which is how I kept it
in Reno (except had to use a humidifier there). I've been having a terrible
time getting the strings to hold their tuning, even from the time I tune to
the time I sit down to play. It's not all the strings, just particular
ones. In some cases, the same string in all octaves seems to be affected,
like the D's. Granted, I have not been playing/tuning every single day;
moving and settling in is just too hectic, and sometimes I only play every
three or four days. Is there something wrong with my harp? Is there
something I need to do? Would tuning daily help.
Any help would be most appreciated.
