ADMIN: List admin going out of town for a week

I'm going out of town from Oct 19th to Oct 27th, and will be unable to
handle requests for unsubscribing/subscribing during that time. If
you would like to make a change to your subscription status, please do
so by 5 PM on Oct 18th.

I expect to have to wade through a lot of messages when I return, but
hope to be caught up with harp list admin stuff by late on the 28th.
Please don't flame me or send me daily unsubscribe messages while I'm
away. If you do send one while I'm out, and it doesn't happen by the
29th, ping me again.
