Before I switched careers to become a full time harpist, I was Vice President
of a bank. I had to get the engineering department to disconnect the Muzak
speaker in my office 'cause I just couldn't get anything done with music
playing in the background! I can't possibly study with music playing. I
find that I don't usually drive with the radio on or a tape playing because
then I focus on the music and not on driving!
