Not only do I have a problem with background music (I often say
my favorite radio station is "off"), but I can not hold a conversation
if there's a TV on in the room. Since I rarely watch TV at home,
I'm somehow drawn to one when it's on. (Like a moth to flame!)
And commercials are the worst! I can't look away!
