I've never seen a professional harp insurance policy, so I have no notion
of what it covers; however, the restaurant's general liability policy
should cover the repair of your harp. Again, however, you probably want to
find out how much the repairs will cost since pursuing a claim against the
restaurant *might* jeopardize your long-standing gig. One more however, if
the harp insurance policy will pay for the repairs, depending on the cost
of the repairs (it has to be financially worth their while) they would
subrogate against the restaurant's Gen. Liab policy and if they were
successful in being reimbursed, they will refund your deductible to you.
This also makes the insurance people the bad guys and distances you from
any hard feelings the restaurant might have.
All of this supposes you are in the USA.
Good luck.
