Another common reason on nylon-strung harps with brass flip-up sharping
levers is wear and tear at the place where the lever hits the string. I
tune in Bb, but play a lot of stuff in G and D--the Fs and Cs (most
on-and-off action) break most frequently followed by the Bs and Es.

(maybe another reason not to get that kind of lever on my next harp???)
